1Organizer

- Brands that give prizes are Prize Partners. They do not organize or run contests.
2Types of Challenges
- Coach-Led Challenges: An athlete or coach gives online classes, guidance, and doubt-clearing calls, and reviews posts. These may be free or paid.
- Open Community Challenges: No coach. The posts with the most engagement win.
- Offline Events: For example, runs, marathons, dance, kick or MMA events. Each has its own event terms on its event page.
3Eligibility
- Eligibility requirements, including minimum age and permitted countries or regions, are shown on each challenge page.
- Users under 18 need verified parent or guardian consent through the app before joining. Prizes for minors go to the parent or guardian.
- Users must give true information. Fake details lead to disqualification.
- Every participant must accept these rules and the consent form before joining.
4Dates
Each challenge shows its start date, end date and entry deadline on its screen.
Posts outside these dates are not counted.
5How to Participate
Join in the app and pay the entry fee if there is one.
Upload your own photos or videos related to the challenge.
6Scoring and Winners
- 1 Like = 1 point | 1 Comment = 2 | 1 Share = 3 | 1 View = 0.1
- A live leaderboard ranks participants. Top scorers at the end win.
- Removed or disqualified posts lose all their points.
- Any tie-break method and the winner announcement timeline are shown on the applicable challenge page.
- Fit Addaa verifies all results before announcing winners in the app, and its decision is final.
7Prizes
- Prizes may be cash or non-cash, given by Fit Addaa or a named Prize Partner. Details are shown on each challenge screen.
- Prizes cannot be transferred, and cash cannot be given in place of a non-cash prize.
- Prizes must be claimed with valid ID by the claim deadline shown on each challenge page.
- Taxes are the winner's responsibility. Fit Addaa deducts tax at source where law requires.
8Entry Fees
Any entry fee and the applicable refund terms are shown before a participant joins a challenge.
No refund if a participant is disqualified for breaking these rules.
9Content Rules: Strictly Not Allowed
- Nudity of any kind, full or partial, or exposed private parts
- Sexual or sexually suggestive poses, acts or captions
- Any sexual or indecent content involving a minor. This is reported to police immediately.
- Morphed, deepfake or AI-generated images of real people
- Violence, self-harm, drugs, or dangerous stunts
- Hate speech, abuse, bullying or harassment
- Content showing another person without their permission
- Content copied from others, including copyrighted music or videos
- Anything illegal under Indian law
Allowed fitness wear: Normal gym, sports, swimming, dance and competition wear (for example, bodybuilding posing trunks) is allowed. Fit Addaa decides whether content crosses the line.
10What Happens If You Break the Content Rules
Fit Addaa may, without notice:
- Remove the content
- Disqualify the user from all challenges and cancel any prize
- Suspend or permanently block the account
- Keep a record of the content and report it to police or government authorities where the law requires
11Reporting and Grievances
- Any user can report a post or block a user from inside the app.
- Nudity, sexual content and impersonation complaints are acted on on priority.

12Fair Play
Users are disqualified for:
- Fake accounts or bots
- Buying likes, comments, shares or views
- Engagement trading or groups formed only to boost scores
- Any cheating or manipulation
13Your Content
- You confirm the content is yours and that everyone shown in it has agreed to appear.
- You allow Fit Addaa to show your content in the app during the challenge.
- Fit Addaa may delete challenge content after a challenge ends. Users get the option to save it to their own social media accounts first.
- If you delete your account, your data is deleted.
- Premium subscribers may get extra benefits as described in the app.
14Your Responsibility
You are fully responsible for what you upload.
If Fit Addaa faces any legal claim, cost or loss because of your content or actions, you agree to compensate Fit Addaa for it.
15Health and Safety
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
- Consult a doctor before starting any physical activity.
- Coach guidance is general fitness guidance, not medical advice.
- Fit Addaa is not responsible for injuries from activities you perform on your own.
16Limits of Fit Addaa's Liability
To the extent Indian law allows:
Fit Addaa is not responsible for internet or technical failures, prize delays by Prize Partners, or acts of other users.
Fit Addaa's total liability to any participant is limited to the entry fee they paid for that challenge.
17Prize Partners and Third Parties
Prize Partners are responsible for the quality and delivery of their prizes.
Ads in the app are approved by Fit Addaa, but Fit Addaa does not guarantee the products advertised.
18Changes and Cancellation
Fit Addaa may change, pause or cancel any challenge, or change these rules. Changes are announced in the app.
19Privacy
Your data is handled as per the Fit Addaa Privacy Policy.
20Governing Law
These rules follow the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
