Important: By creating an account, accessing or using Fit Addaa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1Contracting Party and Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and T FIGHT CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP PRIVATE LIMITED concerning your use of Fit Addaa, its website, mobile applications, social/community features, challenges, trainer and vendor features, Find Buddy, communications, premium features and other related services (collectively, the "Service").
2Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must have legal capacity to enter into these Terms or use the Service through a legally authorized parent/guardian where permitted.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably current.
- Account access may use mobile number and OTP authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device/SIM and not sharing OTPs.
- One person may not impersonate another or create accounts for deceptive, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- We may require reasonable verification where safety, fraud, trainer/vendor eligibility, payments or legal obligations justify it.
3Nature of Fit Addaa
Fit Addaa is a technology and community platform intended to support fitness engagement, social interaction, challenges, discovery of trainers and fit-food vendors, community groups and related features. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Fit Addaa is not a medical provider, emergency service, licensed dietitian, healthcare facility, employment agency, financial adviser or insurer. Users remain responsible for deciding whether activities, trainers, vendors, challenges and content are appropriate for them.
4User Profiles, Social Feed and Interactions
Users may create profiles; upload images/videos; follow other users; like, comment, share and report content; participate in challenges; and interact through direct or group communications. You are responsible for content you submit and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it.
5Community and Group Features
Fit Addaa may provide public and private community groups. Access rules can differ by group and premium status. Group administrators or Company administrators may control messaging permissions, membership, moderation and content visibility. Membership in a private group does not guarantee confidentiality; participants can copy, capture or re-share information outside the group.
6Find Buddy and Location-Based Features
Find Buddy may display nearby users based on a configurable radius and sports/interests. You must use the feature respectfully and only for legitimate social/fitness discovery. You may not stalk, track, threaten, harass, profile, discriminate against, or attempt to determine the precise private location of another person. You are responsible for personal safety when communicating with or meeting another user offline.
7Challenges, Rankings, Rewards and Participation
- Challenge details may include fee, duration, benefits, media requirements, eligibility criteria, ranking logic, rewards and special rules.
- You must read challenge-specific rules before registering. Challenge-specific terms supplement these Terms.
- Rankings may depend on likes/engagement or other announced criteria. We may investigate artificial engagement, bots, vote trading, collusion, duplicate accounts or manipulation and may adjust/disqualify results where reasonably necessary to preserve integrity.
- Rewards are subject to eligibility verification, availability, tax obligations, identity checks and the specific challenge rules.
- Physical activity carries inherent risks. Participate according to your health, ability and professional medical advice where appropriate. Stop activity and seek medical assistance if you experience concerning symptoms.
8Trainer Features
Users may apply to become trainers by providing certificates or other documents. Approval by Fit Addaa indicates only that the application passed the platform’s then-current administrative review; it is not a guarantee of skill, safety, outcome, licensing status, insurance, or suitability unless explicitly verified. Trainers are independently responsible for legal qualifications, professional conduct, claims, pricing, client safety and any services they provide.
9Fit Food Vendor Features
Food vendors may be required to submit food licence, trade licence, contact information, location and photos. Platform approval does not make Fit Addaa the manufacturer, seller or guarantor of food products. Vendors remain responsible for licences, food safety, labelling, allergens, quality, pricing, taxes and compliance with applicable food laws.
10Paid Services, Premium Features and Payments
Certain challenges, groups, subscriptions, premium access or other services may require payment. Prices, taxes, billing frequency, renewal terms and refund eligibility will be disclosed at purchase or in applicable offer terms. Payments may be processed by an app store or third-party payment provider and may also be subject to that provider’s terms.
11User Content Licence
You retain ownership of intellectual-property rights in content you lawfully own. By uploading or posting content to the Service, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formatting, display, distribute within the Service, moderate, transmit and otherwise use the content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and promote the Service, subject to applicable privacy settings and law. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems except to the extent copies remain in backups, re-shares, legal records or other permitted retention contexts.
12Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal activity, threats, violence, harassment, bullying, hate-based abuse, sexual exploitation, grooming, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving minors.
- Impersonation, fraud, phishing, scams, fake credentials, misleading trainer/vendor claims or manipulation of challenge results.
- Stalking, unauthorized surveillance, doxxing, publication of home addresses or highly sensitive personal information.
- Malware, automated scraping, credential attacks, interference with service security, unauthorized reverse engineering or attempts to bypass access controls.
- Spam, unauthorized advertising, pyramid schemes, illegal betting/gambling, unlawful goods/services or deceptive promotions.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.
- Use of another person’s images, documents or identity without necessary authority.
- Any conduct prohibited by the Community Guidelines or applicable law.
13Moderation and Enforcement
We may investigate content or conduct and take proportionate action including warning, feature restriction, content removal, reduced distribution, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, challenge disqualification, reward withholding where permitted, preservation of evidence, or referral to authorities. We may use automated tools and human review. Enforcement decisions may consider severity, context, intent, history, legal obligations and safety risk.
14Third-Party Services and Offline Interactions
You may encounter third-party trainers, vendors, users, links, maps or payment providers. Unless expressly stated, they are independent parties. Offline meetings and transactions involve risks; exercise reasonable caution, meet in safe public places where appropriate, verify claims independently and do not share unnecessary sensitive information.
15No Medical or Fitness Guarantee
Fitness, exercise, diet and wellness information on Fit Addaa is general in nature unless expressly provided by a qualified professional acting in that capacity. Results vary. We do not guarantee weight loss, strength gains, athletic outcomes, health benefits or absence of injury. Users with medical conditions, pregnancy, injury, medication concerns or other risk factors should seek appropriate professional advice before starting or changing physical activity or diet.
16Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, discontinue or update features to maintain security, legal compliance, product quality or business operations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Planned or emergency maintenance, network outages, third-party failures and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.
17Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties not required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm or losses arising from user conduct, offline interactions, third-party services, trainer/vendor services, challenge participation or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot be excluded, liability will be limited only to the extent legally permitted and subject to mandatory consumer law.
19Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees and service providers from third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, misuse of the Service, infringement of another person’s rights, fraudulent conduct or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not require indemnity where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
20Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, abusive conduct or non-payment where applicable. Certain provisions concerning ownership, liability, disputes, retained records and enforcement survive termination to the extent necessary.
21Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights available under other applicable laws. Unless a mandatory law requires otherwise, courts having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered/business location in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction over disputes. Before formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact us for good-faith resolution.
22Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law; where fresh consent is legally required, we will seek it.
